Terms of service
Effective date: 26 September 2026. By creating an account or playing at Polaris Poker you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use Polaris
You must be at least 18 years old and live in a country where social poker is legal. You may hold one account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. If we find you hold multiple accounts we may close all of them.
2. Play money only
Polaris Poker is a free-to-play social game. Chips and diamonds are for entertainment only. They have no cash value and can never be cashed out, sold, traded, or exchanged for anything of value. There is no cashier, no deposit system, and no withdrawal system. Chips lost in play cannot be recovered for money.
Chips are always available for free: through daily bonuses, timed refills, missions, and club rewards. Diamonds, if offered, may be purchased through the App Store or Google Play and are used only for club tools, cosmetic upgrades, and record retention.
3. Clubs and unions
Clubs are private communities created and run by their owners. Club owners and their staff (managers, super agents, agents) are responsible for their club's conduct. Chip movement within a club flows only from higher roles to their own downline members — never player-to-player, and never upward. All chip movements are recorded in an auditable ledger.
We may pause, restrict, or remove a club or union that violates these terms, facilitates real-money gambling, or engages in off-platform settlement. Club levels, table limits, and record retention follow each club's subscription tier.
4. Fair play
The following are prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:
- Collusion, chip dumping, or soft play with other accounts you control or coordinate with
- Using bots, scripts, emulators, or automated tools to play
- Multi-accounting (one account per person)
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players
Our shuffle uses a cryptographic random number generator (HMAC-SHA-256). Every hand's deck commitment is published before the deal and can be verified by any player at our fairness page. We employ behavioral detection and device intelligence to identify prohibited conduct. Enforcement actions may be appealed through player support.
5. Purchases and refunds
Diamonds, if offered, are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app billing. All purchases follow the respective store's terms, including their refund policies. We do not process payments directly. Diamonds are non-transferable and have no cash value.
6. Privacy
We collect the minimum data needed to run the game: your account email, display name, country of signup, device information for security, and your play records for fairness and reporting. See our privacy policy for details. You can request account deletion at any time from Settings.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the game running 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or remove features. If we make material changes to these terms we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continued play after changes take effect means you accept them.
8. Account closure
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If your account is closed by us for a violation, remaining play chips are forfeited.
9. No real-money gambling
Polaris Poker does not offer, support, or facilitate real-money gambling. We do not process deposits, withdrawals, or payouts of any kind. Practice or success at social poker does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Questions about these terms: [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where required by applicable law.
